Common Questions
Q: What is Dye Sublimation?
A: Dye Sublimation is a process that uses ink heat to fuse ink into a shirt, so the designs never crack or fade. You cannot feel the ink, unlike screen printed or DTG shirts.
Q: What type of shirts can I use with this customization option?A: ONLY 100% polyester shirts can be used with dye sublimation, but there are shirt options that feel like a cotton t-shirt!
Q: Why can't we use dark colored shirts with the Dye Sublimation process?A: The shirts can only have colors ADDED to them, so the lightest color that the design can be is the shirt's color itself
Q: Can I use more than one color ink on the shirts? A: Yes! Dye Sublimation is digitally colored, so the designs can be as intricate or colorful as you desire. Remember, the lightest color is the shirt itself. (Ex: If you have a light blue shirt, the lightest the design can be is that light blue)
